Account Deletion

We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

⚠️ Important Information

Deleting your account will permanently remove:

  • Your profile information
  • Saved payment methods
  • Favorite drivers
  • Trip history (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Preferences and settings

How to Delete Your Account

From the Mobile App (Recommended)

  1. 1.Open The Elite Chauffeur app on your mobile device
  2. 2.Go to your Profile tab
  3. 3.Scroll down to the bottom of the page
  4. 4.Tap on "Delete Account"
  5. 5.Confirm your decision in the dialog that appears

Alternative: Email Request

If you're unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by email:

Send an email to: privacy@theelitechauffeur.com

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Include:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your full name
  • Phone number (if applicable)
  • Reason for deletion (optional)

We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.

Data Retention

While most of your data will be deleted immediately, some information may be retained for a limited period to comply with legal obligations:

  • Transaction records: 7 years (tax and legal compliance)
  • Trip safety records: 7 years (safety and legal purposes)
  • Support communications: 3 years (dispute resolution)

All retained data is anonymized and cannot be linked back to you.
